|Recommended: YesI like living here, it's comfortable and private. — Living here is comfortable for me. The staff are friendly and professional. The grounds are beautiful and the rent is reasonable for the area. The only downside, the parking. It's basically street parking or pay an extra 50 per month to have an assigned space, that's not good. But otherwise, it's a keeper

|Recommended: YesGreat choice — Great apartments to live in. The apartment is located by the Grossmont Center Mall and all freeways. Everything you need is within a less than 5 mile radius.
|Recommended: YesThe property upkeep is overall good. — It is quiet and neighbors stay to themselves. Feel safe. The dog park could be maintained better but the residence aren't responsible enough to pick up their own dog poop. Neighbors smoke in their apartment and outside but it's inevitable. I close my windows. I overall like it here. Downsides are they raise your rent each year without any improvements. Pay more for the same that you have always had, but they blame it on market prices instead just saying...we like money. Staff is not always available during office hours as they may be at other properties because they are stretched thin.

I would like an additional exit or entrance for the parking, Maybe fix the old one Also more trash cans They only have the dumpsters and one trash can by the mail. Especially for people who have dogs, please offer more trash cans. Besides that I love my experience at avante and plan on staying for a while.
|Recommended: YesMy Home for 17 years — This place has been my home for 17 years. The community had 2 previous owner before but Elan Avante has been very kind to me. The staff are very amazing. I am handicapped but they make sure they accommodate my needs. I've been in my unit for 17 years and they did some upgrade and always on time with my work request. The office ladies are very nice, they bring my letters and calls me to make sure I am doing okay. My neighbors are very respectful. I stayed here because of the location being near to everything including clinics and hospitals.
|Recommended: YesRoomy apartments — You can tell the building is aging, but its being maintained as well as possible.
|Recommended: YesGood place. — It's a good place to live. The management are very friendly and helpful. Every time something is broken or something happens within our apartment they get it fixed within a couple days.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location — This place is perfect for anyone. The complex is in a convenient location and the prices are more than reasonable.
|Recommended: YesI think the property is in a good neighborhood and close to a great shopping center. — I would say it has a pool, a balcony, and a weight room. It's a nice a place to live. However if they want their own parking they would have to pay a little more.

|Recommended: YesOverall Nice Community — My only gripe with the community is the rodent population that gathers around the dumpsters at night. Other than that the office staff is nice and maintenance stay on top of their work in a timely manner. Overall the Community and the surroundings is an overall nice place to live.
